Cairo – Mubasher: Polyserve For Fertilizers & Chemicals has implemented the mandatory purchase offer on the shares of Ferchem Misr for Fertilizers and Chemicals at a value of EGP 100.8 million.

The transaction has been carried out through 15.9 million shares at a value of EGP 6.3 per share, according to a bourse filing.

Polyserve Fertilizers previously announced that its board of directors approved to file a mandatory purchase offer to buy the shares of Ferchem Misr at EGP 6.31 per share.
