QNB Group announces the issuance of Additional Tier 1 capital notes of QAR 10 billion through a private placement, in light of the growth of the Group's activities and operations under its strategic plan.
The issuance was fully subscribed reflecting strong investor confidence in QNB Group's strategy and financial position.
