Dubai – Mubasher: Emaar Properties has launched Palace Residences in Dubai Creek Harbour.

The five-star waterfront development will comprise 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom branded apartment, according to a company statement.

The luxurious apartments will be serviced on demand by Address Hotels + Resorts, and owners will have a host of benefits including 5-year property management services by Emaar.

The project’s value was not revealed.

The delivery of Dubai Creek Harbour is slated for the beginning of 2019.
