Dubai – Mubasher: Emaar Properties on Wednesday announced the launch of Expo Golf Villa’s second phase, 10 minutes from the Expo 2020 Dubai site and seven minutes from the Al Maktoum International Airport.

The new phase features a limited collection of three and four-bedroom premium villas, according to the UAE’s developer said in a statement.

The project assures a strong return on investment and long-term value appreciation.

Investors also benefit from a convenient payment plan with monthly instalments to be paid over an extended period of five and a half years, Emaar said.

This phase is also ideal for professionals working in the various business hubs in Dubai South including the Aviation District, Logistics District, Business Park, Exhibition District and Humanitarian District.

The neighbourhood parks and shared amenities include an outdoor swimming pool, kids play area, gymnasium and community centre, amongst others - foster community spirit.

The real estate developer did not give further details regarding the project’s total cost.
