Mubasher: Oil futures settled down on Tuesday on concerns over the slowdown of global demand.
March Nymex WTI declined $0.9, or 1.7%, to close at $53.66 per barrel.
The fall in prices took place despite the execution of the production reduction agreement between members of the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) and a group of independent producers.
