Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait announced that the trading activity on Warba Capital Holding Co’s stock will resume on Thursday, 7 February 2019.
Suspending trading on Warba’s stock was due to the reduction of capital, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.
On 10 January, the shareholders of the company agreed to change the name from Boubyan International Industries Holding to become Warba Capital.
