Dubai – Mubasher: The Dubai Financial Market (DFM) on Sunday said that around 49 companies, representing 96% of its listed firms, have announced their financial statements for the fiscal year 2018.

These companies disclosed their preliminary results within the deadline, the DFM said in a statement, indicating that 14 companies of the 16 non-Emirati firms listed on the DFM have disclosed their results.

“The DFM has submitted a detailed report to the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) including the dates of the disclosure and its observations to take the necessary action in regards to companies that missed the deadline,” the statement added.

The 45-day deadline of disclosing results after the end of 2018 is specified by the SCA.
