Mubasher: The court of appeal in Kuwait has ordered Kuwait Company for Process Plant Construction and Contracting (KCPC) to pay KWD 4.4 million to First Kuwaiti General Trading & Contracting Company (FKTC), according to a bourse statement on Monday.

KCPC noted that the financial impact of this court ruling cannot be determined in the current time before the final ruling.

At the stock level, KCPC closed Monday’s session 1.74% higher at 234 fils.
