Mubasher: First Investment has signed a credit facilities agreement with a local bank at a value of KWD 3.265 million ($10.77 million), according to a bourse statement on Wednesday.

The loan agreement was signed for First Investment to own a stake in a local investment, the bourse disclosure noted.

First Investment clarified that the financial impact of this credit facilities deal will be realised in the income statements of the first quarter of 2019.
