Mubasher: United Projects Company for Aviation Services (UPAC) announced that the rights issue offered from 17 January to 14 February 2019 has been completed to raise its capital.

The capital hike subscription included 32.75 million ordinary shares at a total value of KWD 18.01 million, according to a bourse statement on Wednesday.

UPAC clarified that the increase was about KWD 3.275 million worth shares at par value in addition to KWD 14.738 million as issue premium.
