Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Arabia-based Jadwa Investment company on Sunday has said that the unaudited net asset value (NAV) for Jadwa REIT Saudi Fund amounted to SAR 1.74 billion by the end of 31 December 2018.

The value was announced based on the funds’ evaluators namely White Cubes and Valustrat, according to a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).

Jadwa Investment further noted that NAV per unit based on fair value reached SAR 11.03 by the end of last year.

“Fair value NAV per unit is calculated on the basis of the average fair value of the fund’s properties, which were valued by two independent certified evaluators as of 31 December 2018,” the statement added.

Jadwa REIT Saudi Fund’s stock levelled down 0.35% to finish Sunday’s trading activities at SAR 8.57.
