Mubasher: Ahli United Bank (AUB), announced that the Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB) has approved for Kuwait Finance House (KFH) to conduct the merger study on AUB, listed on both Bahrain Bourse (BHB) and Boursa Kuwait. 

This step comes as part of the possible merger between KFH and AUB, according to a bourse statement on Sunday. 

The Kuwaiti bank, KFH noted that final decisions are subject to the ordinary general meeting’s (OGM) approvals for both banks.
