Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Capital Market Authority (CMA) on Monday has greenlighted the initial public offering (IPO) of Itqan Capital Saudi Equity Fund over the coming period.

This approval should not be considered as a recommendation to subscribe in the fund, according to the CMA’s statement.

“The CMA's approval of the fund merely means that the legal requirements as per the CMA’s law and its implementing regulations have been met,” the statement added.

Itqan Capital Saudi Equity Fund is owned by Itqan Capital Company.
