Investment Holding Group is pleased to announce that its Ordinary & Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting will take place on Sunday 14th of April 2019 at 6:30pm at Venezia Ballroom, Marsa Malaz Kempinski - The Pearl, Qatar, to discuss the following agendas. In the event that the quorum is not met, the meetings will be adjourned to Tuesday, 16th April 2019 at 6:30pm at the same location. 

The Ordinary General Assembly’s agenda is as follows: 

a. Review the Board of Directors’ report about the Company’s activity, financial position during the year ended 31 December 2018, and the auditor’s report, and approve it.

b. Review the Balance Sheet statement and Profit or Loss statement, and approve it.

c. Review and approve the Governance Report.

d. Review the Board of Director’s recommendation to distribute 2.5% of the company’s share capital as cash dividend to the shareholders.

e. Review discharging the members of the Board of Directors and determine their remunerations.

f. Review the offers of appointing Auditors and their remuneration.

The Extraordinary General Assembly’s agenda is as follows: 

a. Amend the Group’s Articles of Association by amending the nominal share value to be One Qatari Riyal, according to Qatar Financial Markets Authority Regulation.
