Mubasher: The shareholders of Al Wathba National Insurance Co, listed on the Abu Dhabi Stock Exchange (ADX), approved on Sunday the issuing of unconvertible bonds at a total value of $150 million.

Al Wathba noted that its ordinary general meeting (OGM) has authorised the board members to take all necessary requirements into consideration to issue these bonds based on regulations and due dates.
