Mubasher: National Hotels’s general assembly has approved to distribute 10% of its capital as bonus shares to shareholders for the full fiscal year 2018, according to a filing to the Bahrain Bourse. 

The company’s profits levelled down 48.32% to BHD 1.125 million during 2018, from BHD 2.177 million in 2017.

National Hotels’s capital amounts to BHD 11.025 million distributed over 110.250 million shares with a par value of BHD 0.10 a share.
