Mubasher: The Energy House Holding on Sunday has announced completing its exit from a 13.77% stake in Kuwait Energy Company.

The company’s obtained KWD 19.98 million ($65.9 million) after finishing the deal, with a net profit of KWD 5.98 million, that will be realised in the financial statements of 2019 first quarter, according to a bourse filing.

On Thursday, 21 March, the Energy House unveiled selling its 13%.77% stake in Kuwait Energy Company.

The Boursa Kuwait-listed company last reported a 98.8% year-on-year decrease in losses during the fourth quarter of 2018, reaching KWD 14,030, compared to KWD 1.17 million.
