Cairo – Mubasher: Egypt-based Development and Engineering Consultants Company’s (DAPH) ordinary general meeting (OGM) has approved not to distribute cash dividends for the fiscal year 2018.

The OGM will discuss the possibility of distributing bonus shares, according to a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Wednesday.

The shareholders also approved the board’s and audit’s reports on FY18 financial statements.

Additionally, the Egyptian firm’s extraordinary general meeting (EGM) agreed to amend article 21 of the articles of association.

DAPH last reported a profit of EGP 330.74 million during the full-year 2018, up from EGP 201.2 million a year earlier.
