Cairo – Mubasher: EgyptAir has received the second Boeing Dreamliner B787-9, according to a statement on Thursday.
This move is part of the national carrier’s ongoing efforts to upgrade its fleet, EgyptAir Holding Company’s chairman, Ahmed Adel, said.
The new aircraft will be in service as of 22 April to be flying to Frankfurt, the statement added.
In November 2017, the Egyptian carrier announced signing a long-term deal to purchase six of the Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner, powered by Rolls Royce engines.
