UAE – Mubasher: DAMAC Hotels and Resorts, the hospitality arm of DAMAC Properties, plans to open several hospitality projects in Dubai by the end of 2019, DAMAC Hotels’ senior vice president said at the Arabian Travel Market (ATM 2019).
The hospitality company plans to open 3,000 new units this year to raise the number of its available units to 4,700 by the end of 2019, according to Al-Ittihad newspaper.
The senior vice president added that DAMAC is currently working on delivering three projects in Dubai; DAMAC Maison, DAMAC Majestine, and Radisson Dubai Damac Hills.
On Sunday, DAMAC Hotels has signed a partnership agreement with Rotana Hotel Management Corporation, a leading regional name in hospitality, during the opening of the ATM 2019.
Under the deal, DAMAC Towers Arjaan by Rotana, Riyadh, will be operated under the Arjaan Hotel Apartments by Rotana brand, according to DAMAC’s statement.
