1.  Approve the Directors’ Report concerning the activities and financial position of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2018;

2.      Approve the Auditors’ Report for the year ending 31 December 2018;

3.      Approve the consolidated financial statement of the Company for the year ending 31 December 2018;

4.      Discharge the Directors form their liabilities for the year ending 31 December 2018;

5.      Discharge the Auditor form their liabilities for the year ending 31 December 2018;

6.      Nominate the new external Auditor for the year 2019 and determine their remuneration;

7.  Allow the Directors to conduct competitive business (except to selling off-plan) as per item 3 of article 152 of the Commercial Company Law
