Riyadh – Mubasher: Bank Albilad has completed the selling of the fractions of shares arising out of the bank’s capital increase into shareholders’ portfolios.

The move was taken based on the approval of the bank’s extraordinary general assembly, the lender said in a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Tuesday.

The total number of sold shares reached 119,138, with an average selling price worth SAR 25.95 per share.

Revenue of fractional stock sales stood at SAR 3.09 million, Bank Albilad added.

The proceeds of shares fractions sale will be distributed by Bank Albilad.
