Mubasher: Agility Public Warehousing’s profits levelled up 7% year-on-year during the first quarter of 2019.
The company’s profits amounted to KWD 20.28 million ($66.9 million) in Q1-19, up from KWD 18.9 million ($62.4 million) during Q1-18, according to a statement to Boursa Kuwait on Sunday.
The firm ascribed the rise in Q1-19 profits to an increase in its operating profits.
In April, Agility’s ordinary general meeting (OGM) approved the board’s proposal for distributing 30% of the company’s capital as cash dividends and bonus shares for the full fiscal year 2018.
In 2018, the company’s profits jumped 18.4% to KWD 81.1 million from KWD 68.51 million a year ago.
