Mubasher: Future Kid Entertainment and Real Estate Company’s shareholders approved the board’s proposal to distribute KWD 1.375 million at 12 fils per share as cash dividends for the full fiscal year 2018 in a general assembly meeting held on Sunday.

The eligibility of dividends shall be for the shareholders registered in Future Kid’s registries by the eligibility date, 2 June, according to a statement to Boursa Kuwait on Monday.

The dividends will be distributed on 12 June, the company noted.

Future Kid’s shareholders also approved to distribute KWD 6,000 in remuneration for the board’s members for the previous year.

The company’s general assembly also elected a new board for the coming three years.

In 2018, Future Kid’s profits levelled down 9.3% to KWD 1.07 million from KWD 1.18 million a year ago.
