Mubasher: The shareholders of Commercial Facilities on Monday have approved the board’s recommendation to distribute 17% of the capital as cash dividends for fiscal year 2018.

The company, listed on Boursa Kuwait, will pay 17 fils per share on 2 June to the entitled shareholders of record date 28 May.

Commercial Facilities also said that the ordinary general meeting (OGM) resulted in electing new seven board members for the coming three years.

During FY18, the company achieved an increase of 13.9% in profits to KWD 9.93 million from KWD 8.72 million in the prior year.
