Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of SABB Takaful Company approved the appointment of Hussam Alkhayal as the company’s new CEO.

The decision becomes effective starting from Sunday, 19 May, according to a recent statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).

The move comes after the resignation of Husam Malaikah, the company’s acting CEO, that has been approved on 16 May.

SABB Takaful noted that the appointment of Alkhayal comes along with the company’s future strategies.
