Mubasher: Oil futures fell at Wednesday’s settlement, as US inventories rose.  

June Nymex WTI lost $1.71, or 2.7%, to close at $61.42 per barrel.                    

US oil stockpiles increased by 2.4 million barrels last week to 480.2 million barrels, according to the American Petroleum Institute (API).
