Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Fujairah Cement Industries Company (FCI) completed the divestment from Sohar Cement Factory.

The company noted that the financial impact of the divestment deal will be reflected in the financials of the second quarter of 2019, according to FCI’s filing to the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) on Thursday.

In the first quarter of 2019, FCI posted a net profit worth AED 1.09 million.
