Cairo – Mubasher: The US dollar exchange rate on Sunday slipped by EGP 0.01 to EGP 0.07 against the Egyptian pound at banks.

The USD rate fell by EGP 0.01 to EGP 16.84 for buying and EGP 16.94 for selling at Banque Misr, Egypt’s second-largest state-run bank.

Meanwhile, the USD rate tumbled by EGP 0.02 to EGP 16.83 for purchasing and EGP 16.91 for selling at National Bank of Egypt (NBE).

Additionally, the USD rate slid by EGP 0.07 to EGP 16.84 for buying and EGP 16.93 for selling at Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB).

Furthermore, the USD exchange rate went down EGP 0.02 to EGP 16.81 for purchasing and EGP 16.91 for buying at Al Baraka Bank.

The USD exchange rate also dropped by EGP 0.01 to EGP 16.83 for buying and EGP 16.93 for selling at Arab African International Bank (AAIB).

Likewise, the USD rate declined by EGP 0.01 to EGP 16.81 for buying and EGP 16.91 for selling at Bank Audi.  

Since the beginning of 2019, the EGP rate rose by 5.83%, or EGP 1.04, against the USD rate.
