Mubasher: The shareholders of Alargan International Real Estate on Sunday approved the board’s recommendation to distribute 5% of the capital as cash dividend for fiscal year 2018.

The company will pay 5 fils per share as dividend on 25 June to the entitled shareholders of record date 20 June.

During Alargan’s ordinary general meeting (OGM), the shareholders nodded to not paying remuneration to the board members for FY18, according to a bourse disclosure on Monday.

In full-year 2018, the Boursa Kuwait-listed firm posted a decline of 89.3% in profits to about KWD 551,740 compared to KWD 5.17 million in FY17.
