Mubasher: The Central Bank of Kuwait (CBK) said that the KWD 360 million ($1.19 billion) worth of bonds and related tawarruq were oversubscribed 7.54 times.

The subscription value of this bonds issue amounted to KWD 2.72 billion.

With a 3.125% rate of return, these bonds carry a maturity of six months that will end on 26 November.

It is noteworthy that the return and maturity of this bonds issue match the central bank’s issue of KWD 240 million last Tuesday.
