Mubasher: The stock of Kuwait Real Estate led Boursa Kuwait in terms of trading volume on Sunday after recording its highest activities in more than two years.

The stock grew 3.56%, or 2.6 fils, to 75.6 fils by 12:20 pm local time, according to data by Boursa Kuwait.

Kuwait Real Estate’s stock traded volume hit 43 million shares exchanged through 490 deals with KWD 3.2 million in liquidity.

The total buying demands exceeded 14 million shares, whereas selling demands hit around 4.1 million shares.

The stock pushed up the real estate sector which added 1.77%.

In the first quarter of 2019, Kuwait Real Estate’s profits surged 62% to KWD 3.58 million from KWD 2.21 million during Q1-18.
