Cairo – Mubasher: Four insurance companies operating in the Egyptian market compete to provide insurance coverage on assets of New Cairo's Government Office with a total insurance amount of EGP 58.1 million.

The competing firms include Misr Insurance Holding Company, Egyptian Takaful Property and Liability Insurance, Wethaq Takaful Insurance, and Arab Misr Insurance Group (GIG), an informed insurance broker told Mubasher.

Assets required to be insured are a fleet of cars and motorcycles as well as some equipment owned by New Cairo's Government Office.

The winning firm will be required to provide a two-year insurance coverage on these assets.
