Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) opened Wednesday’s trading session in red territory.

By 10:44 am KSA time, the main Tadawul All-Share Index (TASI) inched down 0.08%, or 7.17 points, to 8,993.26 points.

TASI’s traded volume reached 28.45 million shares exchanged at a turnover of SAR 672.46 million through 21,800 transactions.

The transportation sector topped the losers falling 0.5%, followed by the pharma, biotech and life science sector with 0.4%.

Similarly, the banking sector decreased by 0.23%, while the telecommunication sector plunged 0.09%.

Meanwhile, the commercial and professional services sector headed the risers adding 0.87%

On the other hand, NOMU, the benchmark index of the Nomu-Parallel Market, remained unchanged at 3,573.11 points.
