Riyadh – Mubasher:  Zahrat Al Waha for Trading Company will launch a new production line for the production of the preform with different weights.

The project’s total cost amounted to SAR 14 million, according to the firm’s statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Sunday.

The total estimated cost of the production line includes the value of the purchase of the line, it’s accessories and installation costs.

The company noted that the project is expected to increase production capacity by 11.58% per year, which will contribute to sales growth to meet the needs of the domestic market and export.

The new production line, which will improve the company’s performance, is expected to be completed by the end of the third quarter of 2019, the statement said.

The financial impact will reflect on earnings for the fourth quarter of 2019.
