Dubai – Mubasher: Emaar Malls, a unit of Dubai's largest listed developer Emaar Properties, on Tuesday announced that its CEO Patrick Bousquwt-Chavanne has discontinued his role.

The responsibilities of the CEO will be handled by the company’s chief operating officer Natalie Bogdanova, according to a statement to the Dubai Financial Market (DFM).

The company has not revealed any further details regarding this matter.

It is worth noting that Emaar Malls previously reported a net profit of AED 577.63 million for the first quarter of 2019, compared to AED 543.2 million in Q1-18.
