Riyadh – Mubasher: Gulf General Cooperative Insurance Company has signed a health insurance agreement with Al Rashid Trading and Contracting Company.

Under the deal, Gulf General will provide insurance services to Al Rashid’s staff and their dependents, according to the company’s statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Wednesday.

The gross value of the deal will exceed 5% of Gulf General’s gross revenues of the full-year 2018.

The deal will come into force starting from Wednesday, 3 June.

The insurance company noted that the agreement is expected to have a positive impact on its financial results.
