Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Fransi Capital announced the distribution of cash dividends worth SAR 8.16 million to Taleem REIT Fund’s unitholders for the second quarter of 2019.

The Saudi financial services provider will pay a cash dividend of SAR 0.16 per unit for the three-month period ended 30 June, while its ratio to the initial price of the unit amounts to 1.6%, according to a bourse filing on Monday.

The distribution ratio amounts to 1.55% of net asset value (NAV).

The eligibility of dividends shall be for unitholders registered in the registers of Securities Depository Center by the end of Sunday, 14 June.

Dividends distribution will take place within 15 business days.
