Riyadh – Mubasher: Abdullah Abdul Mohsen Al Khodari Sons Company (Al Khodari) expects announcing the financial results of full-year 2018 before the end of July.

The company noted that it was unable to disclose its financials on time due to working on finalizing the audit requirements for the financial statements, according to a filing to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Monday.

On Sunday, The Capital Market Authority (CMA) revealed that it will maintain a trading suspension on Al Khodari’s shares on Tadawul until the issuance of the Court's decision on the firm’s application for the commencing a financial restructuring procedure.
