Mubasher: The shareholders of Kuwait and Middle East Financial Investment (KMEFIC) approved, during their extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on Monday, to add the Market Maker activity to the objectives the company was founded for achieving.

KMEFIC highlighted that no further changes have impacted the article No. (4) of the company’s statute, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.

It is worth noting that the Boursa Kuwait-listed company is in the investment business as well as running portfolios and investment funds for both itself and its clients.
