Cairo – Mubasher: Adeptio AD Investments has submitted a request to the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) in Egypt to acquire 100% of the Egyptian Company for International Touristic Projects (Americana Egypt)’s capital.

The acquisition should be in favour of one of Adeptio’s fully-owned subsidiaries, Adeptio said in a recent official statement, adding that this takeover will be followed by delisting Americana Egypt’s shares from the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).

Adeptio highlighted that the company and its subsidiaries will comply with Egypt’s capital market regulations which include a tender offer for Americana Egypt’s listed shares.

“The said decision has also been adopted in reflection of our continuing policy to act in the best interests of the market and our shareholders,” Adeptio concluded.
