Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of directors of Samba Financial Group has approved distributing 7.2% interim cash dividends to shareholders for the first half of 2019.

The group will pay a total of 1.4 billion, or SAR 0.72 per share, excluding applicable zakat and income taxes, according to Samba’s statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Tuesday.

 The eligibility of dividends will be for shareholders on the eligibility date, 30 July, registered in the group's records at the Depository Center (SDC) by the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date being Thursday, 1 August.

Dividends will be distributed on Tuesday, 20 August.
