Cairo – Mubasher: Pharos Securities announced that Prime Holding purchased a 9.99% stake in Al Tawfeek for Financial Lease (AT Lease).
Prime Holding purchased about 7.99 million shares in a deal worth EGP 28.79 million at a value of EGP 2.6 per share, according to a filing to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Sunday.
In June, Prime Holding’s board of directors approved to present a proposal to buy two subsidiaries of Pharos Holding For Financial Investments.
