Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: National Corporation for Tourism and Hotels (NCTH) has posted an AED 55.52 million in net profit for the first half of 2019, compared to AED 49.88 million.

Revenue grew to AED 373.41 million during the six-month period ended 30 June 2019 from AED 348.69 million in H1-18, NCTH said in a statement to the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX).

Moreover, interest income stood at AED 7.65 million in H1-19, versus AED 6.06 million in the year-ago period, the company highlighted.

The company’s net operating profit reached AED 61.10 million at the end of June, versus AED 49.88 million in H1-18.

Earnings per share (EPS) remained unchanged at AED 0.07 during the January-June period of 2019, as compared to the same period a year earlier.

In May, NCTH announced its net profit for the first quarter of 2019 jumped by 21% to AED 37.5 million from AED 31.1 million in Q1-18.
