Mubasher: The All-Share Market index of Boursa Kuwait went down 1.49% or over 90 points to close Sunday at 5,984.64 points.

Similarly, both the Main and Premier markets added 0.93% and 1.69%, respectively.

The telecom segment led eight decliners with 2.66%, while the consumer services and basic materials segments were the only gainers with 0.34% and 0.09%, respectively.

IFA Hotels was the top loser with 10.21%, while Amar for Finance headed the winners with 32.81%.

Boursa Kuwait’s turnover increased by 8.3% to KWD 35.81 million on Sunday compared to KWD 33.06 million in the previous session, and the trading volume grew by 4.7% to 178.86 million shares from 170.9 million.

KFH posted the highest liquidity of KWD 7.83 million, the stock went down 2.18%.

National Industries Group was the most active stock on which 15.02 million shares were exchanged, the stock retreated 3.56%.
