Riyadh – Mubasher: Alujain Corp will delay the announcement of its financial results for the second quarter of 2019.

The company will not be able to publish its financial on time as its affiliate NATPET did not submit its financials, according to a filing to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Monday.

The Saudi-based firm noted that it will discuss necessary procedures with relevant parties to protect shareholders interests. 

Moreover, Alujain Corp’s stock will be suspended according to the listing regulations announced on 25 March.
