Cairo- Mubasher: The financial statements of October Pharma indicated a 66.6% year-on-year decline in profits during the first half of 2019.
Year-on-year, the profits plunged to EGP 3.33 million in H1-19, when compared to EGP 9.99 million, according to a disclosure to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Wednesday.
Sales grew to EGP 239 million in H1-19 from EGP 178 million in H1-18.
During the second quarter of 2019, October Pharma incurred losses worth around EGP 64,200 against EGP 5.9 million profits in Q2-18.
It is worth pinpointing that in the first quarter of 2019, the company’s profits dropped to EGP 3.4 million from EGP 4.04 million in Q1-18.
