Boursa Kuwait announces that based on the General Assembly resolution of Kuwait Foundry Co (KFOUC), which approved the reduction of the capital; the company’s shares will be suspended from trading on Tuesday 03/09/2019 to Monday, 09/09/2019.
The shares of the company will be active for trading on Tuesday, 10/09/2019, after completion of capital reduction procedure.
