Mubasher: Al Kout Industrial Projects has reported an 8.3% year-on-year profit decline during the first six months of 2019, recording KWD 3.36 million ($11.06 million).

During the second quarter of 2019, Al Kout’s profit dropped 15.5% to KWD 1.32 million, compared to KWD 1.56 million in the year-ago period.

The Boursa Kuwait-listed company ascribed the decline in its profits to the decrease in sales.

Earlier in September, Boursa Kuwait suspended trading on Al Kout due to the lack of financial statements.
