Mubasher: Kuwait Finance House (KFH) denied the recent rumours concerning the resignation of its CEO Mazin Saad Al Nahedh from his position.

KFH further emphasised that such allegations are “baseless and entirely incorrect”, according to a disclosure to Boursa Kuwait on Sunday.

It is worth mentioning that on 15 September, Ahli United Bank – Bahrain (AUB Bahrain) accepted the conclusions contained in the due-diligence review and valuation reports, and approved the share exchange ratio with KFH by approximately 2.326 shares of AUB Bahrain for each share of KFH.
